Let Wave Talk is a Google Wave Robot which when you add to your GMail contact you'll be able to get wave updates right in your Google Talk.
Add this robot to wave, and then you'll be notified in chat when someone submits any blip or updates any blip. Preferences will be added soon so that you can customize which updates to be sent.
add letwavetalk@appspot.com to your wave contacts and to Google Talk using same Gmail Account, then you can watch any wave just adding this robot to the wave.
Note: Only GMail accounts are supported. Google Apps Accounts or other Google Accounts can not use this robot.
